Unidas seeks to maintain a relationship of trust and transparency with its customers and visitors. For this reason, we have prepared this document to help you understand which information – referred to herein as Personal Data – is collected, why we collect it, whether it is shared and with whom. In addition, this notice aims to inform you about your rights regarding Personal Data and how to exercise them with Unidas. For us, protecting the privacy and security of your Personal Data is a priority. Any information provided will be handled in accordance with the limits established herein.

 

1. WHAT PERSONAL DATA DO WE COLLECT?
Unidas may collect Personal Data actively provided by you, obtained through third parties, or automatically collected when you use our website, as described below.
In this context, Personal Data may include registration data, contact data, and behavioral data, such as:

  • Registration Data: first and last name, CPF number, RG, National Driver’s License (CNH), date of birth, parentage, and biometric data;
  • Contact Data: phone number, personal and/or corporate email address, personal and/or professional address;
  • Financial Data: banking data;
  • Behavioral and Connection Data: geolocation, and when obtained through access to the Unidas website, characteristics of your device, browser, IP address (with date and time), IP origin, click information, among others.
    Additionally, during the term of the Rental Agreement and while the party responsible for the Agreement maintains possession of our vehicles, we will automatically collect vehicle geolocation information. Such information will be used solely for vehicle location purposes in cases of breach of the Rental Agreement and will only be stored for the time necessary to ensure the regular exercise of Unidas’ rights.2. HOW DO WE COLLECT THIS PERSONAL DATA?
    The Personal Data we collect about you may be obtained directly from you, from third parties, or automatically by Unidas.

    • Information Provided Directly by You
      During your relationship with us, we request certain information directly from you, such as Personal Data required for registration.
    • Information Obtained from Third Parties
      In specific cases, we may receive some of your Personal Data from third parties, such as a list of professionals from a supplier who will work on a project at Unidas facilities.
    • Publicly Available Information
      We may also collect publicly available information, including but not limited to professional networking platforms (such as LinkedIn).
    • Automatically Collected Information
      In certain situations, we may automatically collect geolocation data to ensure your safety and the security of our assets, products, and services, as well as other Behavioral and Connection Data mentioned above.
    • Location Data
      Our application collects location data from the user’s device to provide personalized features such as notifications about promotions, coupons, and location-based services. This data may be collected even when the application is running in the background or not in use, provided the user has granted permission. Location data is used to enhance the user experience and offer relevant content based on geographic location. Users may manage or revoke location permissions at any time through their device settings.3. HOW DO WE USE YOUR PERSONAL DATA?

      4. WHAT ARE COOKIES AND HOW DO WE USE THEM?

      Cookies are files or information that may be stored on your devices when you access our website. Unidas uses cookies for various purposes, such as generating access statistics and improving your browsing experience.

      Personal Data will be stored by Unidas for as long as necessary to achieve the purposes for which it was collected or as required by applicable law. Data will be deleted once it no longer serves its intended purpose. Storage periods may be shortened upon request by the data subject, provided such deletion does not infringe upon Unidas’ rights or legal obligations.

      6. WITH WHOM DO WE SHARE YOUR DATA?

      Protect Unidas’ rights when necessary;

      Personal Data is shared only to fulfill specific purposes previously communicated at the time of data collection.

      We maintain internal policies and procedures governing how Personal Data is handled, in accordance with applicable legislation. Unidas has a robust information security program and adopts technical and administrative measures, including:

      Restriction of access to Personal Data to authorized personnel only;

      Requiring employees and partners involved in data processing to comply with applicable laws and best practices.

       

      8. WHAT ARE YOUR RIGHTS AS A DATA SUBJECT AND HOW CAN YOU EXERCISE THEM?

      Confirm whether your Personal Data is processed by us;

      Access your Personal Data;

      Correct incomplete, inaccurate, or outdated data;

      Request anonymization, blocking, or deletion of unnecessary or unlawfully processed data;

      Request deletion of data processed with or without consent;

      Refuse or revoke consent when applicable, with notice of consequences.
